As the participant completes activities in My Work Ready, the system generates a list of top recommended careers based on information provided in the initial survey, and the results of all the assessments, training, and exploration completed. The recommendations are determined by a proprietary algorithm that maps occupations to activity results and filters and weighs the results to identify personalized best match occupations for each participant. The Careers section continues to update as the participant continues through the steps.
